Visiting Klaus on his Job Site

Of course couldn't visit South Carolina without also checking out where Klaus works.... So Olivia took me out to his job site and also around to a few other of the homes he's worked on since they moved there.... The following two homes are the same... one is just further along in the building process then the other... Klaus works on both homes, depending on the job that needs to be done at the time.... The first home is the one he was working on the day Olivia brought me by ..... Of course, where do we find Klaus..... Yep... That's him right up there high on the roof top.....


As we approached, his fellow workers spotted Olivia's little Miada, and we could hear one of them shouting out to Klaus, "Hey Klaus.... Your Mommy's here!"..... (I later found out it was his co-worker/friend, Colt)....Now why they'd put Klaus way up there on the roof top is beyond me... He claims it's because not all the workers are all that willing to work that high up.... He says it's no problem for him.... (right.... my accident prone son).....

This home is the same model as the other.... just further along in the process....

I might add here that during my visit, and especially that day, South Carolina was experiencing heat index temperatures in the approximate heat range of 115 degrees...... No surprise that the guys were sent home by noon time...... And no surprise that it didn't take Klaus long before he was collasping on the couch..... (he did come around eventually)....

Although Klaus had to work every day during my visit (excluding Saturday and Sunday), once he did get home and after resting up a bit, he was ready to join the family at the pool and the beach.... I don't think those of us who work inside with air conditioning, realize the toll the weather can take on those who have to work out in it all day long....
