Ed's Famous Ribs

Slow cooked all day in the oven.....

Then once basted ..... outside to the grill..... Brrrrrrr ..... it was cold out there too, but grilling was the only way to go according to Ed....

And hey.... with ribs that come out looking this good, and falling off the bone.... and did I mention DELICIOUS!!!! WHO'S GOING TO ARGUE WITH THE CHEF!!!!

Not me!!! Let me tell you folks.... Ed knows his ribs..... and if he ever makes it back up our way again..... we're going to have an "ED'S RIB NIGHT"....
